AI: As biased as the humans who created it.

AI is slowly being integrated into our lives and the overall consensus is positive. This advance in technology promises a more efficient life and a life with equal opportunity and zero biases. However, this promise isn’t for everybody. Just because AI forms its calculations from data and numbers, doesn’t mean it won’t form biases. Inequality can be unintentionally encoded into algorithms. The information AI is processing can even hinder your chances of securing a job. So Google created “Algorithm For Everybody”. “Algorithm For Everybody” is created from scratch, keeping in mind past flaws and previous human errors to create a fair way to look at resumes. We see a future with equal opportunity and truly believe in hiring the best candidate.
